Now I tgh seronok bergym. Bergym okay kan b, jgn asyik berjimba2. Hehehe. Senjak join ngn gym, yg paling penting sekali I nak normalkan balik body I ni. Serious body I mmg da lemau sgt. Baru buat senaman yg utk beginner tu pun da sakit badan. Ape kes! Nasib baik schedule xstraight ade gap 1 or 2 hari kalau x mmg flat terus la badan ni jawabnye. My sis, Manis siap pg check kat clinic bile her stomach felt so pain, n the result doc said mucle pain, macam atlet plak. Hahaha. I sakit kat area lengan. Almaklumla lengan I sangatla comel. Hahaha. ;-D
Bile badan sakit kesan dr senaman means otot kite br hidup. Kalu x otot kite terus menerus tido o mati cmtu je n disebabkan tu la kite lembik n xlarat. Like me! Ini br beginner I da sakit sangat, xtau la bile tahap pro nnti. Huhuhu. Abisla U Nazura!
So, I pg gym with my sis n aunt on Friday, then workout on Saturday. I'm not send Wardah to swimming class this week coz she's got school replacement for replace last chinese new year holiday (morning session only). Wardah now have new hobby, she's like to play "Find Word" with Danish n Kimi. Them keep compete each other. Sometime I gave them reward for the winner which is the fastest settle. Rm1 for the winner. Rm1 is worth it for them tau! Them happy!
Today house keeping, hubby nak balik kannnnn.

Then, we olls fetch Adik Gee after work n straight went to Mydin USJ find something to stock in our fridge plus for Wardah's provision. Back home n cooked grilled bawal fish dipped with dipping sauce. Settle in 1/2 an hour!
