Isnin lepas, cuti Nuzul Quran, my sis, sis-in-law and i buat kuih raya. Menjadi favourite cookies my both daughters. Terpaksala semalam buat lagi.
Bahan-bahan :
190 gm butter
45 gm gula perang
80 gm gula castor / ising
1 biji telur
220 gm tepung gandum
5 sudu kecil serbuk koko
1 sudu kecil baking soda
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
200 gm coklat chip
100 gm badam cincang
50 gm bubble rice
Kalau ikut resepi kompom jadi punye. Rasenye mcm Famous Amous pun ade. hehe. Okla, cuba okay.
